Fenimore Art Museum and The Farmers’ Museum are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for the Collections Department. Under the direction of the Director of Museum and Library Collections, the Collections Administrative Assistant will complete duties to ensure the facilitation, communication, proper documentation and completion of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. The Administrative Assistant practices and exhibits exemplary conduct and communication skills within and between departments. The successful candidate will be energetic, positive, self-motivated, a problem-solver and a team-minded individual.
