A three-part, once-monthly series of live Zoom discussions on the topic of women artists and their recognition by museums and culture today. Featuring the exhibition curators: Martina Tanga, Curatorial Research and Interpretation Associate, MFA Boston; Maggie North, Art Historian and Curator, Springfield Museums; Ann Cannon and Julia Madore, Associate Curators at Fenimore Art Museum. This program will take stories of the struggles of generations of women artists and turn them into inspiring lessons for current and future generations.

ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS: Anyone is free to join the session live via Zoom starting at 7pm on Thursday, May 23rd. To do so, first click on the link above and then when prompted, enter the passcode FENIMORE (all caps) at which point you’ll automatically join the session. Microphones and webcams are not needed to join; you simply need Zoom installed on your device and speakers for listening in. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end by typing them into the chat function in Zoom.
