This introductory 3-day class for adults will give students a chance to learn four techniques of reverse oil painting on glass – stenciling, painting, gold leaf etching and dot-to-dot designs. Students will complete four artworks and will learn the history of reverse glass painting during this workshop. This course is suitable for beginners or for those looking to refresh their skills.
Anne Dimock has been painting and studying reverse glass for 40 years and is an accredited teacher and glass specialist in the Historical Society of Early American Decoration. All painting supplies are provided through a $50 materials fee, which can be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.
