Iroquois Song, Dance and Storytelling with Kay Olan and the Ahkwesahsne Women Singers

Bring the entire family for a very special outdoor performance by storyteller Kay Olan and the Ahkwesahsne Women Singers. These well-known Mohawk Nation performers will delight with Iroquois stories mixed with songs celebrating the natural world, Iroquois culture, and more. There will be lots of audience participation with dancing and music-making, and kids can take part in a special Iroquois-themed take-home craft. Performances at 1 pm and 3 pm at the Lucy B. Hamilton Amphitheater overlooking Otsego Lake (or in museum Auditorium if inclement weather).
