Museum Day for Students with Disabilities

 In
Join us on Friday, May 18 for a fun day in Cooperstown for students with disabilities. The Farmers’ Museum and Fenimore Art Museum offer a terrific day of hands-on learning for children with learning, developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Students visiting The Farmers’ Museum and Fenimore Art Museum will have the opportunity to explore both museums at their own pace while participating in Museum Quest learning stations staffed by museum teachers. These activity stations help students explore our diverse collection while meeting learning standards in math, science, social studies, and language arts. This interactive program is appropriate for students in grades K-12. Admission for this program is just $6 per student. One chaperone per every ten students is extended complimentary admission. One on one aides are always free, and additional chaperones pay a reduced rate of $14.50. Pre-registration is required. Please complete our online School Programs form.
